In 1996, my father Richard saw an opportunity. He acquired Microcare with a clear vision β€” to build a business that UK companies could genuinely rely on for their technology. Not just a supplier, but a partner. One that would always act with integrity, always put the customer first and always be straight about what they need and what it costs.

I grew up with that vision. I spent my school holidays working here, got a feel for what it means to do things the right way and decided β€” instead of heading to university β€” that this was where I wanted to be. I’ve been here ever since, and I’m now proud to lead the business my father built.

What drives us today is exactly what drove Richard in 1996. We’re not a faceless corporation. We’re a team of real people who care about the businesses we work with, take pride in the service we deliver and hold ourselves to high standards β€” because that’s what we’d expect if we were the customer.
