Yes. All your current numbers can be ported to your new SIM only plans. You’ll need your PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) for each number β your current network is legally required to provide this within one working day of your request. Microcare manages the rest of the process on your behalf.
New SIMs are typically dispatched within 1β3 working days of your order being placed. Number porting usually completes within 1β5 working days depending on your current network. Microcare coordinates the timing to ensure there’s no gap in service during the switch.
Contact your account manager and we’ll advise on the best way to handle the number β whether to cancel it, transfer it to another device or retain it for the role.
Yes β EU data roaming is included as standard on all plans, allowing your team to use their data allowance in EU countries at no extra charge. If your team travels outside the EU, speak to your account manager about international roaming add-ons.
Contact our support team and we can arrange a data add-on for any SIM. Your account manager will also flag if team members are regularly exceeding their allowance and recommend upgrading to a higher data tier to avoid add-on costs.
